    Important Information:

    Effective immediately, limitations now apply to the purchase of the following medical equipment: compression stockings and braces. These items must now be purchased at Rexall or Shoppers Drug Mart to qualify for reimbursement.

    This limitation applies to all students, regardless of your coverage start date.

    Something exciting is coming!  We have been working on improving your member portal and we are ecstatic to introduce it to you.  Please note that while we prepare for the changeover, this site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance to improve your user experience on August 31 - September 1, 2023. Claims will not be processed during this time, but can be held and submitted when the maintenance is completed. We thank for you for your patience and look forward to improving your benefit plan experience.

Welcome to your student health and dental benefits plan!

This is available to all eligible students here at SAIT. The benefit plan portal offers a variety of services and is designed to be user and mobile-friendly. It provides an online single-point-of-contact to access your current information and manage your benefits. It even has a digital copy of your insurance card!

We are very excited to be working with our provider Campus Trust this year to give you the best service. They have been working with many dental offices, pharmacies and health practitioners in our area to ensure they offer direct billing so you pay less out of pocket.

Some of the services found on saitsa.drawbridge.ca include:

Claim Submission - allows you to submit claims and receive payment confirmation. If you use a provider that offers direct billing you won’t need to do this!

Add Family - add spouse or children to your benefit plan.

Benefit Cards - pay direct benefits are available online and can be saved to your smartphone for easy access. Just show this card to the front desk to see if they direct bill.

Direct Deposit - add or update your banking information for quick reimbursement.

Download Centre - view or print a copy of the benefit booklet, brochures, and forms.

My Profile - update contact information and password
